Intermezzo: crumbling and tearing

The taller the tree the more wind blows, they said. Work hard until you don't need to introduce yourself, said them too. I am at the 500th step to reach those. It's still million stairs away to be climbed, though. The thing is... they expect too much on me. The perfection that they seek is haunting me. Well, nobody's perfect but they still expect me to be. Alhamdulillah, 2017 is soon to be over! Rasanya bersyukur dan senang banget ternyata mayoritas Resolusi 2017 yang ditulis di akhir tahun 2016 kemarin sudah jadi kenyataan. Kehidupan perkuliahan itu sulit, serius. Apapun jurusan kamu, semua ada ups and downs nya. Gue yang sudah hampir menjadi mahasiswa angkatan tua, ngerasain banget jenuh-jenuhnya. Kasarnya, kalau bisa nikah sama pengusaha kaya raya mending langsung nikah, deh. Tapi... hidup itu nggak sepenuhnya kaya drama Korea. Let it flow, nikmati saja arusnya. Gue yang sekarang di semester 5, semakin mendengar desas-desus tentang diri gue sendiri di kampus. "Cuma modal muka", "dia nggak pinter, cuma dia deketin dosen biar nilai bagus", "gue gasuka sama Nita", dan tetek-bengek lainnya. Normal, namanya hidup itu penuh pro dan kontra.
